The personnel were competent, polite and professional. I received what I think is good advice. They were not hellbent on selling me a new hearing aid. I would recommend them to anyone who has a hearing disorder.

I took my Daughter here two years ago and had a great experience. My daughteru2019s ears are very sensitive and the doctor was so patient and gentle. I needed to bring her in again and couldnu2019t remember where I took her. The places I called wouldnu2019t answer the phone and didnu2019t call back for a few days and the prices were ridiculous. I found Estes in my notes and called. They answered and scheduled her appointment. They sent email confirmation and text reminders and did a great job once again. This is the only place I will use.

Dr. Cuero and Giovanni (hope I spelled it right) were absolutely amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It was the best medical appointment I've ever had in my life. If you have hearing issues or need a hearing test, this is the place to go and these are the people you need to see.

From the time we placed the first phone call here, to the time we walked out the door today, that was the best customer service, and customer relations that we have encountered in I donu2019t know how many years. This was our third stop trying to get hearing aids And this exceeded anything that we had encountered since January 24. Thanks to Lisa and Sonia-so many companies could learn customer/patient relations from these ladies.

Iu2019ve never been to a practice that was as kind and professional in my life. Sonia and her team are wonderful. The office is beautiful and everyone is so nice and I never felt confused they explained everything throughly. And most importantly they speak Spanish !

Dr. Sonia Cuero is amazing!! My grandmother has been struggling with her hearing for years and our first visit with Sonia she was able to get her tests done and leave with brand new hearing aids. She's so excited, and Sonia made the whole process fun and comfortable. We learned so much from her and really appreciated her extra time and attention!! 10 stars!!

Dr. Estes is the best! I had two audiology tests done at Sam's which was the only place I could get one since I lost about 70% of my hearing. Those tests were not comprehensive enough, so I got in to see Dr. Estes. She is thorough and professional and very informative. She took her time to explain everything and making me feel comfortable. She is the greatest!

My husband had an appointment for the first time at this facility. He was impressed with how thorough they were with their examination. Luckily, he just had major wax build up which the doctor was able to remove and his hearing has improved significantly. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great experience. In and out for my custom in ear monitor molds in about 15 minutes. Doc knew exactly what was needed and got me in and out. I was quoted for this s rice from 4-5 other offices and Estes Audiology offered the best price for.the service I needed.

The receptionist fully informed me on what my options were for my hearing aid wire that was breaking, and they were also able to fix it the same day! Super nice, and Iu2019m SO grateful they were able to fix it for me.

Very prompt with my appointment. Resolved the issue with my hearing aids in a timely manner. Very nice & clean office & staff. Will be back for future services.

Dr. Garcia was very professional. She explained the test process before it was preformed. Then after the findings she explained in detail all the process for getting Hearing aids. This true about myself and my husband. We just loved her!

So far they have been a great business to work with. I'm apparently a bit of a problem customer, since I keep needing adjustments to my new hearing aids... ;-)
