What We Believe
Helping you hear better.
At Estes Audiology, your ability to hear your best is our main priority. That’s why we take a comprehensive approach to your care. We start with the latest diagnostic procedures to understand the precise sources and effects of your hearing loss. Only then do we recommend treatment with state-of-the-art solutions, custom prescribed and fitted for your lifestyle.
We believe
-
Positive change is worth the pursuit
We relentlessly seek to improve our industry and our world through innovative technology and new ways of thinking; and we will work with our patients as long as it takes to produce the best outcomes. -
The patient is more important than the purchase
We sell hearing aids, but more importantly, we treat hearing loss. To ensure that every provider is empowered to deliver the best in hearing health, we demand high standards-of-care, modern equipment, and advanced processes in each and every clinic. -
Finding the right solution is key
We work in the best interests of our constituents and patients to provide them the best solutions possible for their hearing. -
There shouldn’t be barriers to quality hearing care
We work to make hearing health attainable for as many people as we can by offering a range of services and solutions to fit varying patient needs and by investing in innovations and programs that allow us to treat patients wherever they are.
A part of the community
We're proud to be a part of the Central Texas community and we show our support through volunteering time and services, giving back to our local community. Here are a few of our philanthropic adventures.
-
HAAM
Since 2008, Estes Audiology has been the hearing healthcare provider for the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM), a nonprofit that provides access to affordable healthcare for Austin’s working musicians. We have seen more than 5,000 local Austin musicians for hearing screenings, custom hearing protection, and hearing conservation. -
KMFA 89.5 Classical
Supporting local arts organizations that center around the sounds of life, Estes Audiology has supported KMFA by installing the hearing induction loop in the Draylen Mason Studios so those who wear telecoil equipped hearing aids can enjoy the fullness and richness of sound. -
Brauntex
Estes Audiology has supported and partnered with the Brauntex Theatre for several acoustic events through the years including a Re-Grand Opening celebration with Ray Wylie Hubbard. We love supporting our Central Texas singers and songwriters through local non-profits like the Brauntex. -
Aid The Silent
Estes Audiology is proud to work with Aid the Silent in the Boerne community to raise the necessary funds to provide hard of hearing & deaf children/teens the tools and resources to help them find personal success.
