Had too many people scheduled at the same time. Long wait

Able to call you to schedule an appointment 2 wks from when you called then have an argumentative young woman that only works mondays, make you take a hearing aid test even though Iu2019ve taken 2 of them last year then tell you that you are not getting anymore hearing aids even though they promised me that Iu2019m able to get a 3rd set

A pleasant experience. The receptionist was welcoming and patient with us old folks; so was the "tester"...can't think of the proper term...We left encouraged, and that's always a good thing.

Everyone was friendly and helpful in explaining the process and the different types of hearing aids. They made sure you understood how I would react to having hearing aids and that help is always available.

I saw an Audiologist who seemed knowledgeable. She was pleasant and easy to talk with throughout the appointment.

Dr Kathy Newbill is very professional, caring for her patients, and is in no rush. I got to my appointment late because of another appointment in Austin; she took her time to give me a good assessment of my hearing needs, and I would recommend her to anyone needing this sort of assessment. .

every member of the staff was very professional and spent the time necessary to make sure we understood what was going on and the hearing tests, fitting and final hearing with the hearing aids worked properly.

What outstanding service I received from Kathy at Estes Audiology! When I dropped in to schedule a hearing test as prescribed by my ENT doctor, Kathy was able to get my hearing aids working perfectly in just a matter of minutes. Then my hearing test was scheduled for the next day and sent immediately to my ENT doctor. Then I could have my needed medical procedure. Kathy is an excellent audiologist and makes you feel relaxed as she gives the most through exam with a follow up explanation of how you are hearing. I highly recommend Estes Audiology with their friendly front desk checkin with delicious coffee as you wait. Thanks for helping me back to better hearing.

I recently had a hearing aid consultation with Dr. Mendy Engler at Estes Audiology in Marble Falls. She listened attentively as I discussed my case (sudden SSD that occurred several years ago), and my prior not-so-successful experience with a different audiology company. Our discussion was followed by a thorough testing process. Afterward, she recommended a course of action that was different than the one that I had expected, but she explained her reasoning convincingly and I agreed to give it a try. The hearing aids were in inventory and after a short wait (she had another appointment) we began the process of programming them using Real Ear Measurements. After this initial fitting was finished I could immediately tell that the results far exceeded those of my prior audiology experience. We then developed a plan to attempt to further enhance the new hearing aids' performance during my 45-day trial period. I can say that, so far, I am very happy with the overall experience and look forward to my next visit with the hope of further improving my hearing.

Kathy Sonnamaker is the most genuine and caring doctor. My mom, [omitted], loves her and asked me to leave a review on her behalf. Kathy takes the time to listen to the patient and diagnose any problems.
