Check in was a little cumbersome but the audiology testing was professional. The Dr. explained what she was doing each step of the way and she explained the results in detail and in a way I could easily understand.

Iu2019m visiting friends in Boerne and my right side hearing aid quit working. Sent an email to see if they could see me and possibly fix my aid, went in staff was amazing and fixed for problem!! Changed the wire and Iu2019m back in business. Staff was awesome and very friendly!! Keep up the great work

Dr Rachel is a consummate professional. Puts excellence and Care into all she does. Meticulous. Detail conscious. Yet good bedside Manner and patient and caring with her patients. She took her time to include me in the process of gaining my hearing back and understanding what was going on and why. I will always thank her for the rest of my life. I highly recommend her to anyone and I wish more doctors took the time and care that she did

Probably the nicest people Iu2019ve ever encountered at a medical office. Typically either the front staff or the doctor is rude or hates their job. Everyone here was super nice. The audiologist seems to legitimately care about my health problems. Highly recommend this place!

Since I was dragged kicking and screaming into the world of hearing aids about 3 years ago, Estes has been my provider they have been super efficient and provide customer service that has been superb - even when at least 1/2 of my issues have been self- inflicted. Most strongly recommended.

I dropped in the Boerne location without an appointment. I wanted to ask a question not expecting more than an answer. I was warmly greeted and after asking my question was given the answer as well as cleaning of my hearing aids and walking me through the maintenance process. Excellent customer service and greatly appreciated!

Thorough exam, detailed review of potential solutions and given a long period to try the recommended hearing aids (which are a significant improvement vs my previous set).

I had a very good experience at Estes Audiology. The Reception person and the Audiologist were both extremely courteous and knowledgable.

I was seen fairly close to my appointment time. The Dr. listened to me and understood my concerns. No high pressure tactics trying to get me to buy expensive hardware. Would recommend to others.

Although I am not a regular patient there they worked me for an out of cycle Lyric replacement. Very pricey compared to other clinics for this replacement but still was great of them to work me in.

If there were more than 5 stars to give, I certainly would! The folks at Estes Audiology in Boerne are simply amazing. My 104 year old mother's hearing aids stopped working and she has significant hearing loss. We wanted to help her to be able to hear and enjoy life as quickly as possible. Everyone we came in contact with at Estes was unbelievable. They made sure that we got an appointment, received referrals from the primary care doctor and insurance approvals so that the hearing test was completed and the hearing aids ordered in record time. Abby, at the front desk, got us an appointment for the following day. Grace, conducted the hearing test, got further approvals and ordered the aids the same day! They were simply amazing and went above and beyond to help us. I cannot thank them enough or commend them for their caring and excellent customer service!
