Toni Bailey

Toni Bailey, HAD, is a Hearing Instrument Specialist at Estes Audiology in the New Braunfels clinic. Her clinical specialties include hearing aid fittings and ear mold impressions. Toni has a passion for helping people hear better and empowering them to feel confident. She aims to positively impact her patients by helping them hear their best and feel comfortable using their technology.

Toni completed her undergraduate studies at Nova Southeastern University in 2016 and was an Audiologist’s Assistant for Diagnostic Testing and Amplification. She became a hearing care provider because she loves helping people and is fascinated by audiology and hearing aid technology.

Her favorite part of the job is hearing testimonies from her patients about how better hearing has improved their lives and personal relationships. Outside of work, Toni enjoys cooking, cycling, swimming, and spending time with her family and her Pomeranian dog named Phoebe.
